Key Performance Indicators Bonus Scheme Clause Samples

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Bonus Scheme clause establishes a system where employees or contractors are eligible for additional compensation based on the achievement of specific, measurable performance targets. Typically, these targets are set at the beginning of a performance period and may relate to sales figures, project milestones, or other quantifiable business objectives. The clause outlines how bonuses are calculated and paid out when the agreed KPIs are met or exceeded. Its core function is to incentivize high performance and align individual efforts with organizational goals by directly linking rewards to measurable outcomes.
