Common use of Key Managers Clause in Contracts

Key Managers. As of the date hereof, to Parent's knowledge, except as would not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Parent Material Adverse Effect, none of the key account managers of Parent or any of the Parent Subsidiaries has advised Parent or such Parent Subsidiary orally or in writing that he or she is terminating or considering terminating his or her employment with Parent or such Parent Subsidiary.
