Common use of Key Managers Clause in Contracts

Key Managers. As of the date hereof, to the Company's knowledge, except as would not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Company Material Adverse Effect, none of the key account managers of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries has advised the Company or such Company Subsidiary orally or in writing that he or she is terminating or considering terminating his or her employment with the Company or such Company Subsidiary.
