Common use of Key Individual Assignment Clause in Contracts

Key Individual Assignment. The ARCHITECT has been selected to perform the work herein because of the skills and expertise of key individuals. ARCHITECT assignment for this PROJECT is for one Project Manager and one Project Engineer. Additionally, the ARCHITECT must furnish the name of all other key people in ARCHITECT’S firm that will be associated with the PROJECT.
