Key Deposit. A $40.00 security deposit is required and will be refunded after either party has terminated the Agreement, the key is returned to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park TMA and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park TMA has confirmed that Renter shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park TMA the cost to re-key the locker before new key is issued.
