Kerosene. All kerosene kept, offered, exposed for sale, or sold shall be identified as such and will include, with the word "kerosene," an indication of its compliance with the standard specification adopted by the "American Society for Testing and Materials, Specification Number D-3699" , volume 15.02 (2003) in effect on the effective date of this rule and incorporated herein by reference.
