Keep Premises Attractive maintain the Leased Premises and Tenant’s personal property therein as an attractive shopping area in accordance with the general character of the Shopping Center and to that end Tenant shall repaint the interior of the Leased Premises and clean and replace carpeting or other floor covering on a regular basis;
Keep Premises Attractive maintain the exterior of the Premises and any of Tenant’s personal property therein visible from the exterior of the Premises as an attractive area in accordance with the general character of the Premises;
