Common use of Keep Fully Informed Clause in Contracts

Keep Fully Informed. Without limiting the provisions of §4.2(d) hereof, Genco shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to conduct itself so as to keep Silvermex fully informed as to the material decisions or actions required or required to be made with respect to the operation of its business.
