KANBAN Sample Clauses
The KANBAN clause establishes a workflow management system that visualizes and controls the progress of tasks or deliverables within a project. Typically, it outlines how work items are represented, tracked, and moved through various stages—such as "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done"—often using a digital or physical board. This clause ensures transparency and efficiency in project management by providing a clear, real-time overview of task status, helping teams identify bottlenecks and manage workloads effectively.
