Common use of JVC Developments and Joint Inventions Clause in Contracts

JVC Developments and Joint Inventions. The JVC, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, hereby grants SPTL a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-terminable (except as expressly set forth in Section 6.2 below), fully paid-up, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, under the JVC Developments and the JVC’s rights in and to any Joint Inventions not jointly owned by SPTL for any and all purposes. The license granted in this Section 3.2(a) shall expressly include Have Made Rights.
