Jurisdiction and Attorney Fees. The jurisdiction and applicable laws for any suit or proceeding concerning this Agreement, the interpretation or application of any of its terms, or any related disputes shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The prevailing Party in any such suit or proceeding shall be entitled to a reasonable award of attorney fees in addition to any other award made in such suit or proceeding.
