Common use of Junior Financing Clause in Contracts

Junior Financing. Borrower shall not, without the prior written consent, of Lender incur any additional indebtedness relating to the Collateral or create or permit to be created or to remain, any mortgage and security agreement, deed of trust, pledge, lien, lease, encumbrance or charge on, or conditional sale or other title retention agreement whether prior to or subordinate to the liens of the Mortgage and Security Agreement, and other Loan Documents, with respect to the Property Collateral, or any part thereof, other than the Mortgage and Security Agreement or other Loan Documents provided for herein.
