Junction redirection function. (a) The Subscriber may use the Junction redirection function in combination with the VPG type C or VPG type D Service. In such case, Subscriber can use the Junction redirection function that makes it possible to customize data routing so that a packet passing through the user's VPG always passes through a specified server. (b) The Subscriber shall use the Junction redirection function according to the method of use and other service provision conditions (including but not limited to the general terms and conditions regarding the closed network connection service) posted by SORACOM on the SORACOM web site.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
