Common use of JUDICIAL ORDER Clause in Contracts

JUDICIAL ORDER. In the event that Lead Provider or the Approved Affiliate Lead Provider, as applicable, is ordered to disclose the Confidential Information pursuant to a judicial or government request, requirement or order, Lead Provider or the Approved Affiliate Lead Provider, as applicable, shall promptly notify Company and take reasonable steps to assist Company, at Company's expense, in contesting such request, requirement or order or in otherwise protecting Company's rights prior to disclosure. If, after providing such notice and assistance as required herein, Lead Provider or the Approved Affiliate Lead Provider, as applicable, is required to disclose any Confidential Information, Lead Provider or the Approved Affiliate Lead Provider, as applicable, shall disclose no more than that portion of Confidential Information that is specifically required to be disclosed.
