Common use of Judicial Dissolution Clause in Contracts

Judicial Dissolution. On application by or for a Member or a Manager, a court may decree dissolution of the Company whenever it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with this Operating Agreement.

Judicial Dissolution. On application The Company will be dissolved upon the entry of a decree of judicial dissolution by or for a Member an arbitrator, arbitration tribunal, or a Managercourt of competent jurisdiction. After dissolution, a court may decree dissolution of the Company whenever it is not reasonably practicable may only conduct activities necessary to carry on the business in conformity with this Operating Agreementwind up its affairs.
