Common use of Judgments Clause in Contracts

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or;

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 days (but no Credit Extensions Advances will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 500,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 2,500,000 is rendered against Borrower which is not covered by insurance and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or;

Judgments. If a non-appealable money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 ten (10) days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or;

Judgments. If a money judgment(s) in the aggregate of at least $50,000 500,000 is rendered against Borrower and is unsatisfied and unstayed for 10 20 days (but no Credit Extensions will be made before the judgment is stayed or satisfied); or
