Judgments; Settlements. If one or more judgments, orders, decrees or arbitration awards requiring Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries to pay an aggregate amount of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) or greater (and that is not reimbursed by third party insurance) shall be rendered against Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries and the same shall not have been vacated or stayed within thirty (30) days thereafter; or
