Common use of Judgment Default Clause in Contracts

Judgment Default. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $2,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in other currencies at then current rates of exchange) shall be rendered against the Company or any of its properties and such judgment or order shall continue to be unsatisfied for a period of 30 consecutive days; or any legal proceeding (whether criminal or civil) shall be instituted which, if adversely determined, might have a Material Adverse Effect; or any injunction or other judicial order which might have a Material Adverse Effect shall be issued against the Company.
