Common use of JPMIT Clause in Contracts

JPMIT. on behalf of each Acquiring Fund, shall have delivered to the respective Acquired Fund a certificate executed in the name of JPMIT, on behalf of each Acquiring Fund, by JPMIT’s President or Vice President and its Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Series Trust II and dated as of the Closing Date, as to the matters set forth in paragraphs 6.1 and 6.2 and as to such other matters as Series Trust II shall reasonably request.
