Joint Termination Statement Sample Clauses

Joint Termination Statement. The Parties shall issue a joint statement after the issuance of Partner’s Notice of Termination or OBSL’s Notice of Termination (“Joint Termination Statement”). The Joint Termination Statement shall be subject to any disclosure requirements of the Parties under applicable law. The Joint Termination Statement shall be prepared by Publicis as instructed by the Parties and shall be subject to the approval by each of the Parties prior to its release. Publicis’ costs and expenses shall be borne exclusively by Partner. The Parties may also issue separate statements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6.3 of this Agreement.
