Joint Solution Delivery and Capability Development. The parties' objectives for this component are to generate higher client satisfaction and increase solution delivery efficiency by: (i) reducing risk of missed expectations, and (ii) lowering overall cost and time associated with delivering value to clients. Key activities will consist of Docent and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Consulting collaborating to create solution delivery capabilities to support the implementation of Docent's learning software products at agreed upon clients including trained personnel, and implementation methods and tools.
