Joint Procedures Sample Clauses
The Joint Procedures clause establishes the framework for how parties will coordinate and collaborate on specific actions or processes that require joint participation. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for decision-making, communication, and execution of tasks that both parties must undertake together, such as joint inspections, approvals, or dispute resolution meetings. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties are aligned and act in concert when required, thereby reducing misunderstandings and streamlining cooperative efforts.
