Common use of Joint Press Release Clause in Contracts

Joint Press Release. Company will participate with xxxxxx.xxx in ------------------- issuing a joint press release regarding the relationship established through this Agreement. Each party shall agree on the form and content of such press release and will furnish its written acceptance of, or comments on, the proposed announcement within 48 hours of receipt of such proposed announcement; otherwise such proposed announcement will be deemed approved.
