Joint Policy. To insure the Funds and their respective managers, executives, officers and employees against their errors or omissions, the Funds have obtained and maintain the Policy, pursuant to which they are each insured under the Policy.
Joint Policy. To insure the Registered Funds and their respective directors/ trustees/ managers, executives, officers and employees against their errors or omissions, the Parties have obtained and maintain a Policy issued by Axis Surplus Insurance Company, including Side A coverage through XL Specialty Insurance Company, (together, the “Insurers”), pursuant to which they are each insured under the Policy.

The Employer agrees to develop a jointly agreed upon Policy with the Union outlining Prevention of Bullying, Harassment and Violence in the Workplace in line with WorkSafe BC OH&S regulations and educate all employees regarding such policy, to include internal reporting procedures. The Employer agrees to include the all forms of Harassment in the policy and train staff and management of such.
Joint Policy. To insure the Parties and their respective trustees, executives, officers and employees against their errors or omissions, the Parties have obtained and maintain a Policy issued by [INSURER] [(the “Insurer”)] [, including Side A coverage through [INSURER (the “Insurers”)]], pursuant to which they are each insured under the Policy.

The Employer agrees to develop, jointly with the Union, a policy against Sexual/Personal Harassment and make all Management Personnel and employees aware that violations of the policy shall be subject to disciplinary action. The Employer agrees to include the subject of Sexual/Personal Harassment in staff and Management Training Sessions. Process Cases of Sexual/Personal Harassment shall be considered as discrimination and shall be eligible to be processed as grievances. Where the alleged harasser is the person who would normally deal with the first step of such grievances, the grievance will automatically be sent forward to the next step. No information relating to the grievor’s personal background, lifestyle or mode of dress will be admissible during the Grievance or Arbitration Process.
Joint Policy. To insure the parties and their respective Board members and officers against their errors or omissions, the parties shall purchase a joint insurance policy (the "Policy") from a reputable insurance company (the "Insurer").
Joint Policy. Developer and the Department Store may elect to satisfy their obligation under paragraph (d) through joint comprehensive general liability insurance covering the Common Areas and the Enclosed Mall in the Shopping Center, such insurance to afford protection to Developer and the Department Store as additional insured in the event that Dillard elects self-insurance on the Department Store Buildings, and to both Developer and the Department Store as named insureds in the event no such election is made, to the limit of not less than the limits required by paragraph (d) above. Developer shall be designated the agent of the participating Parties so electing for the purpose of obtaining such insurance, provided that the approval of the participating Parties as to the insurer, terms and cost shall first be obtained. The premiums for said policy shall be apportioned between the participating Parties, in the proportion which each contributes to the total risk insured by said policy, as determined by the insurer. Developer hereby agrees to deliver to the participating Parties copies of said insurance policy, or a certificate of other document evidencing its existence, on or prior to the commencement of the term hereof, and thereafter not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration dates of the expiring policy or policies during the term hereof. Failure of a participating Party to request evidence of the joint policy shall not release Developer of the obligation to obtain the joint policy. Any policy required hereunder shall provide that such policy shall not be cancelled without at least fifteen (15) days' prior notice to the participating Parties.
