Joint Permit Application. The Parties have further determined that a joint application for a single Permit will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of each Party and most effectively discharge the Legislature’s direction to cooperatively develop a recovery implementation program for threatened or endangered species associated with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aquifer.
Joint Permit Application. The following tasks provide for completion of the Joint Removal-Fill Permit Applications for impacts to wetlands and waters of the State/U.S. It is assumed that permitting will be conducted during the development of the preliminary design report. This task includes identification of potential impacts, and preparation of state and federal wetland/jurisdictional waters permit applications. The following activities are included: • Prepare the Section 404 Joint Removal-Fill Permit application for submittal to the USACE and DSL. Coordinate with federal and state agency personnel. • Coordinate with DEQ for Section 401 Water Quality Certification. • Prepare an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. • Prepare documentation for Land Use Compatibility Statement to be signed by City official. • This project will be permitted under the USACE NWP and DSL Individual Permit processes. • The City will provide application and permit fees.
