Joint Operations Committee. 2.1 The principal point of formal contact between LIFFE and ICE Clear in relation to issues arising out of the performance by each Party of its obligations under this Agreement and the principal forum for decision-making regarding the ICE Clear Services and LIFFE Services will be a joint operations committee (the “Joint Operations Committee”). 2.2 Meetings of the Joint Operations Committee should take place regularly but no less than once every two months. 2.3 The membership of the Joint Operations Committee will be as follows: (a) for LIFFE: LIFFE Relationship Manager (or delegate), plus two (2) others, including the chair; and
