Joint Interest Trademarks Clause Samples

The Joint Interest Trademarks clause defines how trademarks that are jointly owned or developed by two or more parties will be managed and protected. It typically outlines the procedures for registering, maintaining, and enforcing these trademarks, as well as specifying how costs and responsibilities are shared among the parties. This clause ensures that all parties have clear rights and obligations regarding the use and protection of jointly held trademarks, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating coordinated brand management.
