Common use of Joint Instructions Clause in Contracts

Joint Instructions. In the event that the Escrow Agent receives joint instructions in writing from Purchaser and Seller, such instructions maybe revoked only (i) if Escrow Agent has not already acted upon such joint instructions and (ii) pursuant to further joint instructions in writing of Purchaser and Seller or a Court Order.

In the event that the Escrow Agent receives any joint instructions or notice in writing from Purchaser and Seller, such instructions maybe or notice may be revoked only (ia) if Escrow Agent has not already acted upon such joint instructions or notice and (iib) pursuant to further joint instructions or notice in writing of from Purchaser and Seller or a Court Orderthe Seller.
