Joint Development Program Integrity. Each Party shall comply with applicable law relating to intellectual property, scientific integrity, and ethics in research, testing and development. Emory and its affiliated entities and their respective employees will at all times be governed by its own policies, including, without limit, those related to research and conflicts of interest.
