Joint CDM Plans Sample Clauses
Joint CDM Plans. For joint CDM Plans, cost effectiveness will be calculated separately for each distribution company, including the LDC, that is part of the joint CDM Plan.
Joint CDM Plans. (a) The LDC may submit a joint CDM Plan in cooperation with one or more other distribution companies in accordance with the CDM Plan Submission and Review Criteria Rules, provided that the LDC (and each participating distribution company) will at all times have its own CDM Plan Target and CDM Plan Budget allocated to it under the joint CDM Plan.
(b) The LDC and the other participating distribution companies may at any time reallocate as between themselves any portion of their respective CDM Plan Targets or CDM Plan Budgets or both by submitting an amended joint CDM Plan to the IESO and such changes will not be subject to section 2.4(a) and will not require the IESO’s approval.
(c) The performance incentives described in section 4.2(c) will be assessed with reference to the aggregate performance of the LDC and other participants in the joint CDM Plan and will be allocated on a prorated basis to the LDC and other participants based on their respective verified electricity savings under the joint CDM Plan. For joint CDM Plans only:
(i) if the Programs that receive full cost recovery funding under the joint CDM Plan result in aggregate verified electricity savings as of December 31, 2017 equal to at least the aggregate MTI Threshold of each of the participants in the joint CDM Plan, the aggregate amount of the Mid-Term Incentive will be increased from the amount set out in section 4.2(c)(i) to $0.015/kWh of such aggregate verified electricity savings (not to exceed the Achieving Target Incentive), provided that the joint CDM Plan is submitted prior to September 1, 2017 and continues as a joint CDM Plan until after December 31, 2017; and
(ii) if the Programs that receive full cost recovery funding under the joint CDM Plan result in aggregate verified electricity savings equal to the aggregate ATI Threshold of each of the participants in the joint CDM Plan, the aggregate amount of the Achieving Target Incentive will be increased from the amount set out in section 4.2(c)(ii) to $0.015/kWh of the aggregated ATI Threshold (including for the purposes of calculating the Cost Efficiency Incentive, if applicable), provided that the joint CDM Plan is submitted prior to June 30, 2019 and continues as a joint CDM Plan until December 31, 2020.
