Joint Audit. Within three (3) Business Days (or such longer periods as may be mutually agreed by CNH and CNH Capital) following the occurrence of a Repurchase Event, CNH and CNH Capital will conduct a joint audit of the Dealer. A written report shall be prepared immediately and signed by representatives of both CNH and CNH Capital.
