Common use of Joint Appointment Clause in Contracts

Joint Appointment. If more than one Receiver is appointed each of them shall be entitled to exercise individually all of the powers given to a Receiver under this Debenture in relation to any of the Secured Property in respect of which he has been appointed unless the Security Trustee shall state otherwise in the document appointing him.
