JOINT AND SEVERAL AGREEMENT. Responsible Party agrees to all of the terms and conditions herein and undertakes the full and legal financial responsibility for paying Student’s tuition, fees, and other charges promptly as provided in this Agreement. Each person signing this Agreement understands that obligations hereunder are joint and several, that is, each signatory is liable for the total payment obligation when due. The obligation is not affected by any private agreements between parents or other parties, or any court orders regarding responsibility for payment of educational expenses. Responsible Party agrees to inform the School’s business office immediately of any changes in legal custody or of impending difficulties in payment and to respond promptly to all communications from the School.
