Recognizing its responsibilities the applicable the Hospital agrees; to accept as member of its Occupational Health and Safety Committee, at one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from bargaining unit employees. Hospital with sites of up to cine hundred (100) nurses per site may choose to a representativefrom the bargaining unit site, or have separate Joint Occupational Health and Safety each site or to with current with sites of over one hundred (100) nurses per site will choose either to include a representative from unit from each site, or to have a separate Joint Health Safety Committee at each site, unless the parties otherwise.
