Common use of JOINT ALLOTTEES Clause in Contracts

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In case there are Joint Allottee(s) all communications shall be sent by the Company to the Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, which shall for all purposes be considered as served on all the Allottee(s)

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in case there are Joint Allottee(s) all communications shall be sent by the Company Owner/Vendor/Promoter to the Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered to consider as properly served on all the Allottee(s).

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in case there are Joint joint Allottee(s) all communications shall be sent by the Company Promoter to the Allottee(s) Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, him / her / them which shall for all intents and purposes be considered to consider as properly served on all the Allottee(s).

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in the case there are Joint Allottee(s) joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Company DEVELOPER to the Allottee(s) Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered to consider as properly served on all the Allottee(s)Allottee’s.

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in case there are Joint Allottee(s) ), all communications shall be sent by the Company PROMOTER to the Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered as properly served on all the Allottee(s).

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in case there are Joint Allottee(s) ), all communications shall be sent by the Company SUB LESSOR / PROMOTER to the Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered as properly served on all the Allottee(s).

JOINT ALLOTTEES. (a) In That in case there are Joint Allottee(s) Allotees all communications shall be sent by either of the Company to Vendorsto the Allottee(s) Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered beconsidered as properly served on all the Allottee(s)Allottees.

That in case there are Joint Allottee(s) Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Company Promoter to the Allottee(s) whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her/them/it, her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered to consider as properly served on all the Allottee(s).
