Joint Activities. 24-1 The District and the Association recognize their collective responsibility to promote positive change in the Denver Public Schools. The following committees have been formed to work toward this end: x Agreement Review Committee – Articles 6, 7, 11 and 24 x Special Service Providers Work Group x Staffing Work Group x Advisory District Personnel Performance Evaluation Council (1338 Committee) x Interim Negotiations – Article 6 x Sick Leave Bank – Article 21 x Benefits Board – Article 30 x Tax Sheltered Annuity – Article 30 x Teacher Education Fund Committee – Article 31 x Instructional Issues Council – Article 5 x Collaborative School Committee x Personnel Committee – Article 13 x School Leadership Team – Article 8 x Instructional Superintendent Advisory Committee – Article 5 x Principal Evaluation: Teacher Input into Principal Evaluation x Professional Practices Committee x SSP/ SpEd Caseloads Committee x Any additional committees may be formed as needed. 24-1-1 The Superintendent and Association President, with support for the Agreement Review Committee (ARC), will monitor and receive committee reports, and, based on these reports, will make recommendations to the Board and to the Association. 24-1 2 The Agreement Review Committee (ARC) has joint membership of the Association, including the chair of its bargaining team and one other teacher leader, and the District, including members of the Department of Human Resources. As one step in the implementation of the Framework for Partnership, the Agreement Review Committee will develop a calendar of the joint activities created by or impacting this Agreement, monitor and coordinate progress of these activities, and discuss the progress with the Superintendent and Association President. Annually, the Agreement Review Committee will make a status report to the Superintendent and Association President.‌
