Common use of Joinder of Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Joinder of Guarantors. Upon consummation of the Acquisition, any subsidiary of the Issuer that is required to be a Guarantor under the Euro Senior Indenture shall become a party to this Agreement by executing and delivering a joinder agreement to this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Joinder of Guarantors. Upon consummation of the Acquisition, any subsidiary of the Issuer that is required to be a Guarantor under the Euro Senior Subordinated Indenture shall become a party to this Agreement by executing and delivering a joinder agreement to this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Upon consummation of the Acquisition, any subsidiary of the Issuer that is required to be a Guarantor under the Euro Dollar Senior Subordinated Indenture shall become a party to this Agreement by executing and delivering a joinder agreement to this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
