Common use of Joinder as Principal Borrower Clause in Contracts

Joinder as Principal Borrower. In accordance with Section 3.03 of the Credit Agreement, TIFSAthe Parent by its signature below becomes the Principal Borrower under the Credit Agreement with the same force and effect as if originally named therein as the Principal Borrower, but in any event subject to the same terms, provisions and limitations set forth in the Credit Agreement. TIFSAThe Parent hereby agrees to all the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement applicable to it as a Principal Borrower and a Guarantor. Each reference to a Principal Borrower in the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to TIFSAthe Parent on and after the Transfer Date.
