Job Progress Sample Clauses
The Job Progress clause defines how the advancement of work on a project will be monitored and reported. Typically, it requires the contractor to provide regular updates or documentation demonstrating the current status of the job, such as progress reports, milestone completions, or site inspections. This clause ensures that both parties are kept informed about the project's development, helping to identify delays or issues early and maintain accountability throughout the contract.
