Common use of Job Position Clause in Contracts

Job Position. Your position and duties with SITEL are as described on Exhibit A hereto with SITEL and as of the Effective Date you will report to the executive position described on Exhibit A hereto. You are expected to exert your best efforts and substantially all your professional time and attention to this position and the successful completion of the tasks and goals mutually agreed upon.
