Common use of Job Order RFP Clause in Contracts

Job Order RFP. The Owner shall prepare a Job Order Request for Proposal (“Job Order RFP”) identifying the Job Order and describing in drawings, specification and other appropriate materials (“Job Order Documents”) the intended scope and character of the work to be completed under the Job Order and the schedule for completing the Job Order.
