Job Controller Allowance Sample Clauses

Job Controller Allowance. Employees may be required and instructed to act as job controller for a group of contractors during Plant shutdowns. Where so instructed and in recognition of this additional responsibility, the employee will be paid a leading hand allowance (at the “for more than 10 employee” level) as per Appendix B for the duration of the shift(s) where they are instructed to act as job controller. Notwithstanding the above, Employees who would normally receive a leading hand allowance or who are acting as a leading hand, shall not be entitled to the job controller allowance.
