JOA. Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “G” is a Joint Operating Agreement (“JOA”) covering the entirety of the Gridiron AMI and naming EXXI as Operator. Upon execution of this Agreement, the JOA shall be deemed to be in effect in all respects (including but not limited to the accounting procedures) except as to Prospects and as to the proposal and drilling of ▇▇▇▇▇ within Prospects which shall be governed by the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the separate, respective Prospect ▇▇▇▇ (as defined in 4.02 below) for each such Prospect.
