JMA MODIFICATIONS. Section 1.2(e) is amended by adding the phrase "or the CreditReportPlus Agreement" following both instances of "Repository Agreements" in the opening sentence and in subparagraph (i) and after the phrase "the R&R Agreement or this Agreement" in the fifth line. Section 1.2(e) is further amended by deleting the last sentence in its entirety.
