JEC Review Sample Clauses
The JEC Review clause establishes a process for the Joint Executive Committee (JEC) to periodically review and assess the progress, performance, or compliance of a project or agreement. Typically, this involves scheduled meetings where committee members evaluate deliverables, address issues, and make recommendations for improvements or corrective actions. By formalizing this review mechanism, the clause ensures ongoing oversight, facilitates timely decision-making, and helps resolve potential problems before they escalate.
