Common use of Janitor Services Clause in Contracts

Janitor Services. The Landlord shall cause, when reasonably necessary, the floors of the Leased Premises and the common areas, if any, on the floor on which the Leased Premises are situate to be swept and cleaned, the windows washed and the desks, tables and other furniture dusted. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission on the part of any person or persons employed to perform such work; such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction without any interference by the Tenant, its servants or employees.
