Common use of JAMS Clause in Contracts

JAMS. In the case of arbitration, to the fullest extent permissible under the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction, all arbitration processes shall be administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”), in accordance with its Expedited Procedures and subject to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or subject to the JAMS’ Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“Rules”).
