J. Crew Liability. J. Crew and Intermediate Holdings agree that each shall be jointly and severally liable with the Company with respect to all of the Company’s payment and other obligations hereunder, including any payments for any breach by the Company of the provisions hereof and any indemnification obligations hereunder.
