IVR Support Services. Vendor shall provide the following IVR support services for CEC operations:
a. Telephone, voicemail, and email services and systems;
b. Call recording and call monitoring Systems;
c. LAN/WAN network services;
d. data center monitoring;
e. legal and finance services;
f. maintenance of email application/System;
g. patch and antivirus management;
h. configuration management;
i. centralized Information Technology (IT) asset management; and
j. Private Branch Exchange (PBX)/Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).
