Common use of iVillage Commitment Clause in Contracts

iVillage Commitment. iVillage will fund a minimum of [*] during the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date that is ten (10) months following the Launch Date to fund expenses associated with the development, launch and operation of Armchair Millionaire during that period. Except to the extent provided in Sections 2.2 and 7.5 below, iVillage will be solely responsible for the funding of all operating costs of Armchair Millionaire (x) in excess of [*] for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending the date that is ten (10) months following the Launch Date and (y) for the period following the date that is ten (10) months following the Launch Date.
